XM series

All Hycail® XM products are (or in the process of being) certified according EN 13432 and are food contact compliant.

We have developed two types of polymers suitable for film blowing on conventional equipment with two different melt flow rates.

XP 13003

XP 13003 is a semi-transparent polylactic acid with slightly increased ductility and elongation and medium melt flow rate
Excellent oxidation-, colour- and molecular weight stability in the melt.
Approved for food contact applications

XP 13004 is a translucent polylactic acid with increased ductility and elongation and a high melt flow rate
Excellent oxidation-, colour stability in the melt
Approved for food contact applications

Injection Moulding and Extrusion Blow Moulding

XP 13004

XP 14004 is a semi-transparent polylactic acid with slightly increased ductility and elongation and medium melt flow rate

Extrusion Paper Coating

We have developed one type of polymer for the extrusion paper coating process.

XP 12001

XP 12001 is a polylactic acid with slightly increased ductility and elongation, medium melt flow rate and excellent adhesion to board
Excellent oxidation-, colour- and molecular weight stability in the melt.
